Can you collect furniture from a seller?
Yes, collections can be arranged from an agreed address. Confirm that the seller can provide access and have the item ready, and share their collection details with us.
Can you deliver a sofa or a large item?
Share its dimensions and weight if known, together with doorways, stairs and lift details. We will review suitability and the handling required before confirming the job.
Can you transport appliances?
We can transport agreed appliances. They should be emptied, disconnected and prepared for transport before collection. Appliance installation is not included in this delivery service.
Can you carry the item upstairs?
Tell us the floor level, stairs and lift availability at both addresses. We will discuss access and the team required and confirm the agreed handling in your quotation.
Do you deliver outside London?
We also handle deliveries across the UK. Share both locations and your preferred date so we can discuss availability and prepare a quotation.
